Young in Investors.com -- "Failure of Social Security Reform Mustn't Derail Personal Accounts." -- Young presents an interesting argument for revival of SS Personal Accounts based on the HSA model used in healthcare.  Referring to President Bush's ill-fated efforts in 2005, Young describes a less aggressive approach, with some tweaking.
